Hello Developers!
Welcome!
I’m on my last day of vacation and am feeling very refreshed.
My two week holiday involved cleaning out some file cabinets and reorganizing my office.
Part of my vacation was invested by outlining my new online magazine: The Developers Advocate.
For the past five years, I’ve been studying the differences between off-line and on-line marketing.
Now that I’ve been surprised by my findings, I’m anxious to share what I’ve found out with you.
I’m a developer at heart. I like to help people get what they want. I seldom meet a person I cannot help.
For over thirty years, I’ve listened to my clients and converted their real estate development ideas into architectural and engineering plans and specifications.
I enjoy the synergy of working with a highly technical team of associates to take an idea and turn it into something real. Something you can reach out and touch. Something you can live in, work in, socialize in, something that holds value.
It pleases me when I see the excitement in the eyes of my clients when they see their ideas on paper.
It pleases me when I see the anticipation in the eyes of my clients when they watch their ideas being constructed.
It warms my heart when I see my clients’ sense of accomplishment when they move into their developed property.
As for me, I’ve already accomplished most of the goals I promised myself when I was a teenager setting my life goals.
However, there are a few more items on my list, such as: being a writer, a publisher, and a teacher of what I’ve learned through experience.
That is one of the reasons I’ve decided to publish The Developers Advocate.
As with all development projects, there has to be a planning and a development stage.
This web site is no different. Fortunately, most of that process has already been accomplished.
So, at this point, the construction begins.
Keep a close eye on this development project because I’ve got much to share with you.
I know I’m looking forward to hearing about your development projects and watching your progress as well.
